New Anthem Strategies was born out of my passion for turning vision into motion; a practice that merges bold ideas with grounded action. Over 20+ years, I've led complex change across social impact, urban planning, and real estate to transform bold visions into real momentum.

Strategy as a Practice, not a Plan

Too often, plans look inspiring on paper but fall apart in practice. I’ve seen firsthand that success comes not from glossy documents but from teams who know how to align, adapt, and keep moving together.

My work helps teams learn to implement strategy in real time, align vision, talent, and resources, and adapt with clarity and courage. My success is grounded in smart planning, but more importantly, is put into action by teams being in sync in executing them.

Along the way, I’ve been grateful to receive recognition for my work, including:

• Philadelphia Business Journal Woman of Influence (2023): Recognized for leadership and impact in the Philadelphia region.

• Philadelphia Magazine Best Philadelphians (2016): Acknowledged for leading the visionary 30th Street Station Project master plan at Amtrak, balancing commuter, resident, and stakeholder needs. The Plan won the AIA Institute Honor Award for Regional and Urbane Design in 2017.

• WTS Philadelphia Woman of the Year (2016): Honored for being a role model and advancing women and minorities in transportation.
